At FCM we stock only top quality fresh Tasmanian and Australian seafood.

Some supermarkets import inferior frozen fish from Vietnam or China. This is then thawed and presented as fresh.

You won’t find this at FCM. Our seafood is locally caught and sold fresh. We even have our own saltwater tanks to stock live fish and rock lobsters. You won’t find this outside a central market. It’s your assurance of quality.

At Fresh Country Markets, Sorell, you can order seafood for collection at Sorell the next day.
