FCM has opened a new Processing, Packing and Distribution Centre at Cambridge, right next to the Hobart Airport. Meat, fruit and vegetable supplies arrive daily. Meat is prepared here by our team of professional butchers, and packed for distribution to FCM outlets. Dips, olives and pesto sauces are prepared here. Fruit and vegetables are sorted and then transported to the growing number of FCM stores around Hobart.
