FCM is both Fresh Central Markets, in the Island Markets complex in Gormanston Road, Moonah, and Fresh Country Markets at Rosendale Road, Sorell (2 mins from Sorell off the Arthur Highway), and at Huonville, Lindisfarne and Chigwell. FCM is open to the general public.

The FCM butcher is Ian Munday. Together with his staff, Ian ensures that only top quality Australian meat, including eye-fillet and gourmet sausages, is put on sale.
Pre-packaged cuts are put on the refrigerated shelves every trading day at FCM Moonah and at FCM Sorell, Huonville, Lindisfarne and Chigwell.

Seafood
Seafood at Fresh Central Markets, Moonah, includes salmon, tuna, other ocean fish – whole or in fillets – prawns, scallops, clams, abalone, oysters, crabs, bugs, and live rock lobsters on display in our own seawater tank.
No-one in Tasmania has a more extensive seafood range or can offer better prices than FCM.
Customers at other FCM stores can place their orders for seafood at their local Fresh Country Markets store for collection the following day.
Dairy and Deli
FCM stocks milk, cream and a large variety of cheeses.
